A 3-part 12 week program punctuated with introductory Masterclasses for each 4 week section.

Using a simple & easy to digest modular approach, this program will give you clear information & a practical plan across your hormone management, fitness, nutrition, mindset & emotional regulation you can put into action immediately.

A personal 1-1 Coaching session with both Carey and Pieta for every module. Flexibility to add more 1:1 coaching should you need them.

A ‘wash up’ clinic at the end of each module to connect, download and ask any questions.

Access to your exercise plan personalized just for you.

Nutrition and meal personalization along with food coaching.

A responsive approach from Carey and Pieta happy to answer q’s on Whatsapp as we move through the program,
