When I work with clients around food, I want to tell you…..it is never about the food per se. I work with you in a two level approach as I do with other topics and transformations. While we set actions, processes and build you a clear scaffolding to embed positive habit change, we work deep into the behaviours that may have set the unhealthy habits, which in some cases may have been happening all your life. You will become clear on the patterns that have repeated themselves, the stories you have been telling yourself around these behaviours and you will be able to recognise and therefore avoid/better manage your triggers.

Following the initial conversation, we will set up our first appointment, (known as the intake session) and plan the number of sessions needed so that we can be consistent and assured of progress. 

Nothing is set in stone. You dictate the pace, and timing of the coaching. It is a flexible process to allow for ‘life’ happening in between but I will help guide you and help you stay on track.
